Due to the tremendous success of the first Festival of Richard's at Catfish Heaven last year and your request to continue doing t he Richard Festivals, we are planning the Second Festival in November this year.

The second Festival of the Richards will be held November 2, 2002 at Catfish Heaven Aqua Farm and R V Park, 1554 Cypress Island Hwy.,  St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, This is also listed as La. 353

This will be a fund raiser for your association.  There will be plenty of different kinds of Cajun food for your tasting and enjoyment.  We are asking for a donation of $10.00 per person (children under 12 free).  Beer and soft drinks will be sold at the Cash Bar.  No ice chests please.

Please call Paul or send him a note informing him of your intention to attend this Festival and do it by at least October 10, 2003 for adequate food preparation.  You may reach him as shown below.

Please bring your old family pictures and genealogy to exchange with your Richard cousins.
