Association) in New Orleans, Louisiana, Loreauville High School student,
Brittany Blanchard, was selected to receive a partial-paid
scholarship to study in the 5-week Summer French Immersion Program at
St. Anne's University in Nova Scotia. Pictured with Brittany is Peggy
Feehan, a representative from St. Anne's. She needs a little more help.
