On February 14, 2015, the Broussard & Trahan Family Organizations will be having a joint gathering and meeting.  It will be held at the W.O.W. Hall in Maurice, Louisiana, located on Highway 92.  Doors will open at 9:00 am, with the meeting starting at 10:00 am.  A BBQ Chicken Meal will be served--- cost will be $10.00 for everyone over the age of 12. >>>>>>>>>>>> Please bring Desserts to be shared by all >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 

REMEMBER: RSPV is a must!!!   We would appreciate an RSVP with names and number of people in your party. We want to be sure we prepare enough food for everyone, but not have waste, so the deadline date for RSVP’s is February 8, 2015.

Commemorative event—“The 250th Anniversary of the Arrival of the First Acadians into New Orleans” being held in the Old United States Mint Building, 400 Esplanade Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70116. Acadian Memorial Festival-

Reenactment of the Acadians Arrival along the Bayou Teche.  This year the Sonnier & Guilbeau(x) Families will be arriving by pirogue.

October 11, 2015-------French Mass, Tintamarre, Closing Ceremonies, Girard Park, Lafayette

Also, we collect Box Top Labels, Community Coffee, Campbell Soup and any other labels that provide monies to Schools. You may bring them to the meeting and we will make sure they get to a local school.
